I am Bec (Rebecca) Murphy, an experienced Private Medical Secretary with over 18 years of experience working alongside orthopaedic and medical consultants.

I am here to support and navigate you through your entire healthcare journey. This includes managing your initial enquiry, booking your consultant appointment, arranging your surgery date and your post-operative follow ups. I am your reliable point of contact between Mr Malik, the hospital and other healthcare professionals. I also provide guidance and support with other requirements such as private medical insurance, imaging (X-ray/MRI) and invoicing. I take pride in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, handling billing and insurance matters with care, and ensuring the confidentiality of your sensitive information.
